Dr. Clark was raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate studies and received a Bachelors Degree in Architecture in 1972.
He attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1977. After graduating from dental school, he first practiced dentistry in Southern California for fifteen years.  He later moved to Northern Virginia to be near family and join his brother, Dr. Brian R. Clark, in private practice in 1996.

He is a member of the Northern Virginia Dental Association, the Virginia
Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He practices all facets of general dentistry.

He is married to Southern California native, Donna Clark and has three children, Christopher, Lauren, and Alex.  He loves riding his bicycle and watching his youngest son, Alex, play baseball in his free time.
